Hereinafter 04:43
Visions They come to life Gallows Stand tall waiting for the crowd The cycle The endless spiral Silence Watch as it goes away It's all happening again Repeat the pattern It's never to late to play god Wasted blood Lost senses return Run The grip tightens Rise From the ashes Rise to fire Run Reclaim your kingdom Run Like the old days Rise, the hollow Visions They come to life The cycle The endless spiral

The body, the mind, the soul All we cling to so vigorously The flesh, the eyes, heart All turn to dust The wars, the famine All mean nothing Crosses mark our path to glory Wisdom of the ages all lost Feeling like we're about to break the shackles Mismatched ideas blossom inside Vultures fly in circles Marching towards the flames Feeling like we're on the verge of destruction Feeling like we're equal again (our fate is irreversible) Drifting away from the shell Stars align again The tide comes to wipe the scorn

Dust Eater 11:04
It's such a pain Such a waste Such a lie Remembered Silence Our haven, our saviour Salvation lies nowhere near this place Save us once again From misery Blessed used to be the air Now it's all dust We march into the flames Yet there is no one to question the reasons Amazed by the sea of opportunities To forget about everything we fought for Awestruck In search of the sun We found ourselves Burning with hatred Son against son Brothers in arms Disaster unfolds Regret and remorse Everything that's left for us to build upon We want the truth But the only truth we found so far Lies at the bottom of the pit We push ourselves into They come in waves The shadows I once set In motion Join us in despair Failed to recognize your face Countless lives Taken one by one They're lying disgraced Dismembered Watching the walls crumble Hopes Wishes Have all been turned to nothing

The Collapse 08:23
Combine assets Gather the weak Still wild at heart Still blunt Repeat Incorporate solutions Ignite the skyline Still frail Still bloodless Underdog Outdone Dethroned No good luck No godspeed Evoke the memories With hands raised to the sky Still faithful Still wanting Obsolete Barricade the houses Poison the wells Still breathing Still shouting Inevitable Revived, reinstated No outcome, no reason Beneath the trail of dust Victorious take their turn Set fire to the sky And watch the world burn
6.
The Infinite 08:17
Floating with the weightless Bulletproof souls indifferent Waste None at all Red skies Welcome The sun The living Lost Scattered Thankful for the outcome Vain Liar Forever disgraced Lessons learned will linger in the depths of the collective mind. We try to stay aware yet we fail to avoid getting caught in the same net. Over and over we fall victim to the ill logic which eventually leads us to oblivion. Eyes don't feel sore From staring into the infinite From staring into the bottom

about

“Like we’re all equal again” is a documentation of the musical
journey Fleshworld underwent in the recent years.
On one hand we get calm and evolving post-rock elements,
and on the other raw, sludgy and heavy guitar riffs. All in all,
what we’ll receive is music that takes inspiration from very
different and contrasting genres. War and its consequences
are the main lyrical themes of the album. It’s described
from the victim’s as well as the aggressor’s point of view,
discussing the moral aspect of war and the absurdity of violence
for the people involved. The music attempts to reflect
these themes in five elaborate tracks and an ambient
electronic intro. The songs are often based on contrasts,
sudden changes of mood and atmosphere, with the inclusion
of aggressive but varied vocals.
